All entries must be submitted using the Google form.  If you are submitting more than one film, you must submit the form separately for each submission.  

 

STEPS:

 

1. Upload your video to an online platform just as Youtube or Google Drive BEFORE beginning this application. You will be a required to submit the URL to your video for the entry submission. 

   1. Please make sure that the video setting is set to "Viewable" or "Public" and not "Private."

2. Click on the Google Form link and provide all the information requested including your video link.​
